Ordered online. Said it would take 45 minutes. 2 hours later and nothing. We ended up going to the shop to see what was going on as the phone was going straight to answer phone. Shop was absolutely filthy, floor was covered in mud and dirt in the kitchen area. When we told them what was going off they were very polite about it to be fair and said their phone was broken but theyll contact the website and get them to refund us in the next 20 minutes. A week later and nothing. Dont bother. Theyve got 11k likes on Facebook too so Im sure theyre all fake and all of these reviews too.

Worst experience Ive had with a takeaway. I ordered on just eat and it said it would be 45 minutes, after nearly an hour I get a phone call saying that theyve accidentally cancelled my order but that it was ready and they should be able to send it out in the next 10-15 minutes or so and that I would have to do bank transfer on delivery. I said that was okay and was understanding. They then took a further 45 minutes to deliver our food. The waffles were rock solid and cold, wed payed extra for kinder bueno gelato and got vanilla with pieces of kinder bueno. It was meant to have Nutella but had chocolate sauce instead, and all in all wasnt an enjoyable experience, they also still charged me the extra just eat service charge despite the fact that that they had cancelled the order with just eat?

Ordered from here 1 hour later they send me email saying my Order as been cancelled then received a phone call from a Leicestershire number saying they will re in burst money but not got anything back! Dont order online!

Would give 0 if I could. My partner ordered us and my family a dessert, half an hour after ordering she gets a phone call saying they've accidentally cancelled our order and that if we still want it then we would have to bank transfer them the money as it had not been paid yet. We did so and while on the phone the guy (quite rude) said that our order was being made as we speak. An hour goes by and the food eventually came, looked like it had been left open on a counter top for ages, everything was stone cold, and tasted disgusting. The most criminal thing was the fact we paid extra for strawberry flavoured gelato, and we got plain with chopped up strawberry in it. Will not be ordering from this place ever again and would advise people to avoid this place at all costs.
