        Wasnt going to take it to doing a review whats the way we were treated in the long Eaton store by staff and especially manager Craig what is disgusting has offered 10% to keep this tumble dryer as it is clearly a fire hazard I refused I expressed that this is dangerous I was then told to wait outside in the rain for a refund the manager Craig couldve dealt with this in a lot easier and simpler way and acknowledged the fault as I spoke to Argos on the phone before I went to the store and was told that this was very clearly their fault The manager of the store should clearly be assessed as to be offering people 10% for something that is clearly a fire hazard he needs to get his eyes and brains checked

        friendly yet professional staff,clean smart uniform,place clean & well lit,went to collect item that had been put on side for us,checked that all items were in box before exchanging collateral & this was no trouble for the employee.
