I ordered a mulled wine and I got a half cup of lukewarm wine with traces of lipstick on the cup. I asked for another drink and they took carefully the cup in the kitchen without throwing the liquid and came back with the same saying they have replaced it. There were a man serving before Christmas and another one cleaning the tables which disturbed us at the table a couple of times with stupid questions. It's pitty because the location is nice but I dont use to go there anymore.
