Tamworth Road Dental Practice

The reception just now cut me off. She said I dont need this as I was asking questions. She was abrasive and rude. She was taking her bad day out on me. Terrible woman who has no patient care. I told her I was told last week there was a 3 month waiting list for nhs patients. She told me I was lying. Why would I lie. Either way it is irrelevant. If there's no space there's no space. Absolutely no need for her disgusting attitude and approach to patients. I will leave this review regarding my experience. Unbelievable. The dentists should revaluate how she talks to patients.

Iv been attending here for a few years now, and have always been happy with my treatment. The team are always polite, and give me appointments around my work shifts. I always see the lady Dentist who is understanding that it is very uncomfortable for me to have some treatments.

This is a reply to the response this dental practice gave to me below regarding their unhelpful and rude receptionist. I was not abusive but the receptionist definitely was. I did not negate the fact there were no NHS openings and was at no time rude yet she definitely was. Shame on the practice to implicate the general public just to counteract a review; a very true review.

Good thorough work however there was a mix up of the booking and I had to wait much longer than I expected this time. Usualy quite prompt though.

Fantastic dentist, I'm very anxious about going to the dentist but Emon has been very patient and reassuring. Would highly recommend.
