The service I received from this practice was horrific!! I have since had to go to a different dentist practice to correct the damage they have done. I found the new manager to be manipulative. So I have had no choice but to take this practice to court to try and recover my money, some of which they are claiming for work they haven't even done 700 worth.

Thank you very much for the professional and caring experience I received yesterday 16.02.23. From arriving at the practice being very nervous, I was immediately put at ease with Lita on Reception. After alot of worrying my dental procedure went very smoothly and will not worry so much in future ..thank you to the dentist Jonida and assistant Jayde .

I have been attending this dentist site for around 50 years, my last check up appointment should have been made around November 22, I have not been contacted by reception as a matter of courtesy to offer any sort of update, and after sending several emails, I am still awaiting a reply. What on earth is happening at this dentist, the service seems non existent. I understand the current pressures on the dental sector, but not to even do me the courtesy of any sort of update leaves me bitterly disappointed. At time of writing this (February 23) I still await contact.
