        I visited the practice as I was recommended by my friend who recently completed her nhs treatment. I had a private consultation and the orthodontist was very informative, she explained the process clearly and made me feel comfortable. The treatment coordinator was lovely and I cant wait to start my brace journey!

        My daughters braces were due to come off in January. Due to cancelled appointments we are still waiting with no news as to when she can be seen. Apparently they have no one there at all who can remove them???? We have had multiple cancelled appointments over the period of treatment and have been overall dissatisfied with the service. Staff have been apologetic and polite but this doesnt make up for the fact I was promised a call back with a new appointment in the next couple of weeks after onboarding their new dentist which hasnt happened, when I complained to the practice manager. I do not recommend!

        Im incredibly happy with my teeth after Invisalign with Dr Spoorthy and all the staff I have encountered have been brilliant and very professional, thank you!

        My son was 13 when he had his braces fitted and was told the treatment would take 2 years. Hes now 17 and we still have no idea when his treatment will finish. He is so depressed about it and wishes hed never gone ahead with the braces. Weve tried to transfer to another practice but no one will take him as apparently Orthoworld have had the nhs funding for his treatment. So hes trapped with a brace and no light at the end of the tunnel. Appalling service.

        I was treated with excellent care. The orthodontist as a whole had brilliant communication, made me feel welcome and comfortable and was able to help me with anything I needed.
