Nottingham Dental Practice

Despite advertising both on posters on their building and on their website, this dentist is not accepting new patients.

I had to cancel a filling appointment due to a family emergency in another city and me not being able to attend, my dentist has now left the practice and I rang up today roughly 3 weeks later to ask to book a new appointment for my filling. I have been told your dentist has left, so I have to ask the others if theyll do the filling I asked if they so no what then? I wouldnt be able to have my filling done. So they would just leave my condition to get worse. My gums are also bleeding during the day and my sleep and all I have been given is a mouthwash. I have been at this dentist for over 3 years and I think it is disgusting. They need to do better and should not operate until they have a 4th dentist.

I went there when it was relatively new . My appointment started late and the reception staff was just rude . Ilol never understand how u get to be told off when u paying for a service like how and why so called front staff can make u feel uncomfortable. Not a great experience at all

Just joined this dental practice on the recommendation of a friend. Current undergoing root canal treatment with Theo who is lovely, professional and explained everything in detail. Also had a scale and polish with Harsha who was simply amazing. She explained everything in such simple terms and I ended up learning a lot about dental hygiene on my visit and was very happy with how stain free my teeth were by the end. Trishana - Harshas assistant was so sweet and lovely. She was on point with the suction during the process so I was relaxed and comfortable. Ladies on reception are just fab too. So polite and helpful. What a great team. And always service with a smile. So glad I joined this practice!
