Literally very bad customer service today at the reception area by the male person there. Smile wouldn't hurt anyone. I asked a few questions around my dental, never looked up at me, just said see you in 2 months... too full to have treatment so still stuck with a hole in my tooth. You got to laugh or I'd cry hahaha ill keep searching for a closer dentist took me 45 mins to get there aswell life goes on.

After struggling to get registered to a dentist due to COVID backlog I finally found somewhere willing to take on new patients. I was lucky enough to get booked in for a treatment straight away. I was very nervous as have a needle phobia however Chelsea an assistant dentist held my hand the whole time and made me feel so comfortable. She honestly was so amazing and is a credit to the NHS. Thank you chelsea. Alongside this Dr Khan was amazing and answered all of my questions. Im very happy I finally found a dentist where I feel comfortable at.

I have just been to Hyson Green dentist to have 5 teeth removed and I have very bad anxiety. Dr Syed put me at my ease as did his assistants, explained everything from start to finish, took special care of me, made sure I was relaxed, allowed me to play my own relaxing music. It went perfectly and I cant thank them enough for the experience and expertise of this dental practice, even the receptionists were lovely too. One million % a great dentist to be under, if you live locally.
