Nottingham Road Dental Practice

Not great. Booked an appointment as I was having pain from a tooth. Appointment cancelled by the practice via automated text message the day before with no explanation. I had to follow up myself the next day. Admitted they had double booked but couldnt fit me in for another two weeks! (Id already waited 2 weeks). You would expect when the error was theirs that they would pull out all the stops to rectify it. During this delay the filling fell out and when I did eventually see the dentist I was told the tooth had broken and had to be removed. Left me wondering if I had been seen earlier whether there would have been a different outcome. Poor customer service. There are better practices locally. Do yourself a favour and avoid.

I highly recommend Nottingham road dental practice, I have been a patient for 10 years. The staff are kind and professional and always take good care of you. Chris the dentist has been really good over the last few years.

Highly recommend Nottingham Road Dental Practice to everyone! Like most people the dentist isnt my favourite place, the team really make you feel comfortable and talk to you through the your visits, especially Chloe (one of the dental nurses) shes given me so much advise, I now look forward to my check-ups.
