        We have rearranged delivery of our parcels to a Saturday a couple of times and unfortunately no one has tried to deliver them, so something is wrong with the system there. Lovely customer service when you go there and easily accessible on foot or via public transport. However, the opening hours of the delivery office are incorrect on the Royal Mail website. In the office they said they have ben trying to get them to change them for months. So I have attached a photo (taken and checked 2nd May 2023) of their most up to date opening hours. Furthermore, when picking up a parcel for someone else you need their ID as well as yours.

        The door and the button don't work and there isn't even staff inside to open and help you with parcel.
