Worst hotpot place Ive ever had. Literally sat down since 6 until they closed, couldnt feel any fullness in my stomach. First we booked for a table of 5 and were offered the pot with a gas stove. The water inside wasnt boiling and we asked the waiter to change for us, after changing the gas inside its still the same. We sat until 8 o clock then they change us to a table with electric stove, thats a lot better. However, what weve ordered since 6o clock has never arrived completely. Were 5 people, eg we ordered 2 bamboo shrimp slide, they only gave us 1. Thats only enough for 4 people. And they kept saying you couldnt waste food, yeah we were so hungry and how do we waste your food if thats even not enough for the 5 of us to share. I was really mad and wanted to leave. At 9:55pm they told us theyre gonna close in 5min, but we werent even full with your all u can eat hotpot, oh my gosh. And some of the food was in bad quality and out of stock!! Only 3 soup base available and not even tomato soup. Id never come to this hell place for hotpot ever again. That one star is only for the guy waiter, the womans face was black all the time
