        Arrived to collect prearranged holiday money to be told the exchange would not be opening, come back tomorrow. Disgusting service will not use again.

        I wouldnt give this company 1 star, unfortunately theyve gained just the one star because Ive have to give them it just so I can write a review. First off went to hucknall that was close, then went to Top valley and that was also closed. Went all the way to Ilkeston for the woman to tell me to hurry up. Definitely wont be using you again after that experience. Definitely didnt get a better rate using our tesco club card.

        Fantastic service from the gentleman I seen. I think his name was Ezi, apologies if that's wrong. Very friendly, chatty and also given me tips and advice on my next trip to Sri Lanka which is a closed currency. Pleasure to deal with him.
