5 months and still waiting on my tribunal date. No updates. Never answer the phone. This is becoming very frustrating

By there's sorts security measures it keeps people safe also they have been very helpful

Never answer the phone and when they do they claim to be talking to someone else they were already in a conversation with , , he has put the phone down on me three times without allowing me to make a enquirie , this office should be investigated.

Appalling service by the security staff on this morning , went through the metal detector only to realise Id left a couple of pence in my pocket tried again unfortunately I then found a 20p lodged in a hole in my pocket at which time the gentleman concerned rather aggressively accused me and not listening to him , there was no one else waiting to come in , even accused me of doing it on purpose, now I,am the staff do get a fair share of abuse but I,am 67 years old partly deaf and I was only there to support a friend who was terrified of court proceedings. It costs nothing to be polite and courteous. Think this particular gentleman needed a reminder of this. Bran
