These people are heartless .....Be very careful what you say to these people .....as they have little regard for you or your loved ones. They feel they have the right not to answer questions, reply to emails,whatever you do don't say anything negative .... as they will try to use it against by delaying processes and giving dis-information . There appears to be no formal complaint process at the Coroners office. ...not needed as they feel they are perfect according to them.

Have not attended a coroner's inquest before. I gather they vary significantly according to each coroner's style and approach. I found the inquest I attended here was thoughtful, thorough, and sympathetic to all concerned, especially the subject and the subject's family.
