Waste of time. I sent off for a impression kit ar home, most of my teeth are straight but i have 2 slightly infront of othes, Smiie Direct Advertises mild to moderate misalignment, mine would definitely be mild. my kit arrives, they dont tell you that you only have a few days to get them done and returned though. also theyre prompting you to pay at the time of filling in the kit before youve even seen if they can do it or not. got my kit ready and done which isnt the easiest or quickest thing, but the returns label then wont scan at the post depot. so i order a new kit and have to repeat the process all over again , about 10 days later, i get 2 text and email updates saying the impressions have been approved by the dentist and as soon as i pay they will start making them. luckily i didnt get round to paying yet as about 3 days later, i get a text saying you arent eligible for our service, they dont give any feedback as to why especially after its all been approved. very good job I didnt pay yet. I think the unrealistic advertising as to what classes as mild to moderate is very misleading, also there is no customer service there whatsoever its all very robotic emails. Avoid at all costs, try Invisiline instead, so far they seen much better already.
