Bupa Dental Care Netherfield

Disgusted with Bupa. I had been with this practice before Bupa took over. I had had excellent service from the nhs dentists. I rang to make an appointment (on the nhs) to have two teeth removed and a new set of dentures to be told that, not only myself, but my husband and daughter where NO LONGER on their list. I now have horrific tooth pain, cant eat properly and have nowhere to go for treatment. All I can say is that loyalty means nothing to this practice and I would like them to sort the problems out??

1 star is to much for the service they provide it to me. 2 years of wasting my time for a cleaning and 2 fillings wich will be done in 1 day if will be done properly. Last time i went to the clinic because my filling was off twice and guess what...the lady just stick the old filling on my tooth and after 2 minutes is out again, instead of doing the job properly. And some of the staff are very rude, there is no manners and respect! This clinic was recommended by a friend but this is the worst clinic ever! I don't know how is still open with this service they offer. The booking time for them is ridiculous. Ring them today and the next available appointment is after 2-3 months always! "Great job!"

Appointment 8/2/23 I was greeted by an upbeat receptionist which was a good start. I was seen on time. I was offered helpful advice on cleaning my back teeth by John Alsop. Nothing to fault. Very pleased with the service

Please avoid this place by all means. Have never in my dental care experienced the kind of awful and reckless treatment I received from this place. The receptionist J is only interested to get money out of your pocket while with the dentist, I experienced lack of communication, hygiene and professionalism. AVOID!!!
