Extremely bad service! Got referred as an emergency appointment through the nhs. Dentist said I would need specialist treatment and they would refer me to another dentist. I paid 60 for this honor. 5 weeks of pain and I had still not recieved a referral. I called to ask what was happening and said they didn't have my nhs number to be able to refer me! I hadn't received any call to ask for this information. I then asked why I wasn't contacted and was told by Anna they are now refusing to treat me because I was apparently rude to her for asking for an explanation. I'm still in very bad pain and missed days from work and paid 60 for nothing. I'm now trying to find another dentist!

Worst experience ever, a very un-functional place to be in. AVOID at all costs ESPECIALLY if its an emergency appointment. Becouse first you'd be taken to see a dentist in a shed latterly a little converted shed by th back yard even worst if in the case of today the door to that garden is open for fresh air, the grden that full off trash, so that was the first shocking sight, then sat there for a good 15 munites with this seemingly awkward dentist who then turned around and said, sorry I can't see u today, so I asked why and she answered becouse my nurse is refusing to work so I asked if she had an argument with her nurse and she said maybe then took me back to reception. Then she went looking for her nurse who's clearly wasn't happy with her so they went in apparently made up then came and called me back in, the atmosphere was so tense where them two either avoid each other or bang the door on the way out it was certainly weird. Doesn't end there I'm afraid, the dentist then show no interest in working on my teeth and giving me the only two simple options I take it out or go book with your dentist, when I asked for some painkillers and antibiotics at least she turned and said I don't subscribe medications, felt like she had a bad day and I was the goat so obviously I wasn't happy about the sutiation and left making it clear that I'll make sure to put a complaint, so went to reception asked her to provide me with complaint form she refused and insisted that I should talk to her and when I said I want to speak to a manger she laughrd at my face said speak with me I heard you shouting inside, i dont doubted since the shed is 2 meters from reception but since i wasnt going to discuss the matter with her ladyship she thought that if i want to complain go complain to the NHS who sent me there implying everything I just stated isn't the practices issue at all none of it with a smirk. Plus why would you accept to be funded by the NHS and accept clients from NHS when your nurse is going to moan infront of everyone how's she already got enough work to do without the NHS patients so for sure will be rising this matter and complaining to the NHS as advised Would never ever recommend it to anyone
