Dear Snowdon. I have been a customer for several years. Recently I took advantage of a generous offer of 3 tubes of 75ml Opti 5 for 10. Unfortunately I missed the offer Code and was charged the full price of 33 odd.. I reported this and requested that you consider a refund of the difference to the offer price. My request was dealt with sympathetically, politely and without delay by Customer Services. I felt I wasd ealing with a family Firm and not a Mega Corp. Thanks again and Best Wishes. Patrick Burke.

My mum buys their Glucosamine Cold Gel and I have also tried it long term. It looks and feels good but am not convinced it actually does very much and is pricey... Obviously they are very good at marketing such products but really expensive and sold based on offers mostly.

I suffer with both Lymphoedema (in both legs) and Type 1 Diabetes. My partner has regular bad back pain & my Father suffers with Arthritus. The 3 of us are so pleased with the results we get when using Glucosamine Gold Gel to ease the intense pain we get. Compliments also go to your member of staff - Claire, Customer Service Manager for her very positive assitance I received when the Royal Mail omitted to carry out their job of delivering my order - 27 April 2022. Claire successfully sorted out the *missing parcel" and I received my 3 Glucosamine Gold Gel tubes on Wednesday 25 May 2022. I certainly received 100% Customer Service. Too early to comment on the effectiveness of the Medicur Pro device. Not impressed to see they've taken nearly 200 twice from my credit card for the one order. Interesting to see how quickly they sort it out after my bringing it to their attention.
