You should however be aware that if you raise a complaint at county level and it is not resolved within 3 months (or indeed not responded to at all as was my case) the scout asssociation itself will not look into anything over 3 months old. So if you have an issue and it's not going anywhere, and you feel strongly enough, you need to escalate it within 3 months.
