Staffline Group PLC's

If i could leave a zero - it would be a zero. Staffline. So i've worked for 3 weeks for them 'driving' a 7.5 tonne truck doing home delivery to customers. I was promised all sorts - decent hours, decent money, and because i was commuting from sheffield to leeds -they promised to pay me mileage until a sheffield site opened in a few weeks time so i could learn the job and the role and then transfer to sheffield site. None of this has happened. i ended up being a drivers mate for 99% of the time. i drove a truck once, and it was a joke. no training, no experienced staff - just the keys and "get on with it" In the 3 weeks ive worked for staffline, they "forgot" to add my bank details which meant i didnt get paid for one week, the 2nd and 3rd week the time sheets had been altered and i was under paid hours. one shift was cancelled (without my knowledge of which staffline admitted it was there fault - but by this time i had wasted 80 miles of petrol).. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. THEY LIE TO YOU. THEY DO NOT RESPECT THE YOU AS AN EMPLOYEE. I am now worse off financially after working for this company as i currently stand no chance of getting my fuel cost back and im down by 1.5 days work of which they have refused to process and not comment on. I say again. DO NOT WORK FOR STAFFLINE. THEY ARE HORRENDOUS!!!

I have never dealt with an agency so unorganised, so unprofessional and so useless. Failed to pay on time, fobbed off with excuses, broken promises, difficulty getting hold of staff, and staff that cannot relay messages.and critical information. Steer clear and avoid unless you enjoy being constantly frustrated, paid late and fobbed off.

extremely inconsistent with shifts and communication, was lied to about a shift change at one point only to come the next day to be told that it couldn't be changed. klaudia was very abrupt and rude.

This recruitment have emailed me saying they want to speak to me about my warehouse operative application even though I have never applied for a position like that. I have asked for them to delete my details and that hasnt been done.
