Absolutely amazing store. Fantastic service especially from one member in particular "Amanda". She is always upbeat, nothing is to much trouble, every customer you can see she makes feel special and valued, always a lovely smile on her face. Thank you.

Fantastic little shop, very convenient but it does come with a price for the convenience, customer service is very friendly and all staff very happy and helpful, but unfortunately they definitely need to take a look at one member of staff as retirement is definitely well overdue. Dam right rude and cant do the job properly anymore unfortunately. When it comes to customer service your first and last point of contact with staff members is one of the most important and lasting memory of the place, and I am afraid that individual who is on the till because they are incapable of doing anything else she cant even get a packet of cigarettes with out a struggle and a moan. Come on Sainsburys open your eyes and sort this appalling situation out and put someone who wants to be doing the job and actually can do the job with a smile like the rest of staff
