So many times since this place opened I've found that the price on the shelf doesn't always match the price charged at the till for items that have been reduced. If an offer is no longer valid, PLEASE REMOVE THE REDUCED PRICE LABEL ON THE SHELF. Pointing this out to staff when at the till will resort in either a shrug or a "Yeah sorry, that isn't reduced anymore." It's happened three times this year and we're only on the 10th day! The frequency of this suggests it must be deliberate and they're cashing in on those who pay at the staffed till instead of self-service who might not notice if they're buying a few things.

My sister was denied a small bottle of cough medicine despite being 20 and having ID because my older brother who is 26 and shopping separately didn't have his id. He does not carry his ID because he is 26 and clearly looks it he is never ID'd anywhere else. After this the woman spoke down to us she prevented us leaving the store trying to continue to patronise us when we had already had our medicine taken understood and just wanted to leave. I do not recommend shopping there this member of staff was unprofessional rude to the point I won't be returning. After reading other reviews I'm assuming this was a result of racist staff.
