I had this Company twice over a period of ten years, I was and still am just insured with age UK, but I needed my front door adjusting, they came and discover that the door had not been hung correctly by the window company I had. I needed this door to be made safe, I told them I had a gaping hole at the top and my late mother had suffered from I'll health, after her death I discovered that the gap was not acceptable, so I called the insurance company, and they said it wasn't covered under their policy, therefore I would have to get a window manufacturer out to correct it I did so, and I called the number on my Card I was so relieved when they came to see me and I was so afraid to ask if they could out the problem right due to my house insurance. They were happy to do the work and soon they came and the front door was hung correctly the money was taken via the house insurance company.there was no problems at all and I was as snug as a bug happy that I had not got high bills due to loss of warmth. Malcolm and his team did a fantastic job in replacing my conservatory roof. The team was very tidy. Competative in price.
