WARNING shockingly bad workmanship (I say work they spent most of their time dossing).The worst of the worst,crude uncouth staff NO applicable skills to their positions,I was very surprised to learn that Tomlinsons staff who attended my property had not escaped from the local nuthouse ALL of Tomlinsons work inside my house had to be redone by a reputable company, they also brazenly claimed to have done work they had not done, communal areas had to be repainted and carpets replaced after their filthy practices.and the roof STILL leaks, mercifully I was able to sell after a reputable contractor was hired to re-repair their work on roof, unfortunately it is not possible to rate them minus a million stars

This company was chosen by our housing association to update our kitchen. The overall finished kitchen does look nice however there are a significant number of problems. Firstly is the timescale. We were told that the process would take 10 days. The work started on 30/01/2023. Today, 08/04/2023 I am still waiting for end caps to cover mains electrical cables and the repair of a damaged plug. The communication from the site management is virtually nonexistent and some of the workers doing the job were incompetent. For instance the cooker we bought has been badly scratched, the installers drilled straight through the cooker socket wire, the smoke and heat detectors are wired in amongst the lighting wires even though theyre supposed to be on a separate RCD switch. The extraction fan had the chord removed so we have no boost function and the sockets have gaps that moisture could enter. This has been an unpleasant experience with the company not keeping their word and still Ian finished. Terrible experience.

6 weeks without a kitchen or being able to wash my childrens or my uniforms for work/school my mental health is suffering and i honestly just want to die. Can you imagine not having the means to look after yourself or your children for 6 weeks. No end in sight workmanship shocking There is a few nice people that work for this company and i feel for them. They need reporting making people suffer for so long without a functional kitchen. Work men don't show when they are supposed to, come when they are not even after telling them your at work and cannot take anymore time off.
