Very pleased with the kitchen/diner extension John and Shaun built for us. The work was completed to a very high standard, they ensured everything ran smoothly and we finished on schedule. Their many years of experience in the trade was really apparent from the off and this knowledge continued throughout the whole project. We will happily use them again and have recommended them to family and friends.

Really dodgy. DO NOT TRUST. Priced up and requested 50% CASH 4 weeks before starting. I rejected that idea and offered bank transfer then never got a call back. They have been expelled from FMB and now have no website. Stay away. These people should be in jail.

Great build from start to finish, a first large build we had planned. John reviewed the plans for what we had produced and gave us advice on what would be best for us to achieve our dream. Throughout the build the communication was fantastic, we knew what was happening from day to day. The end product a build better than our expectations. A house that has given us the space and detail to enjoy . I would highly recommend Seerey and Smith if you are looking for someone John and Sean become part of the family i would use them if i ever had any other projects

Had john& shaun do some work for us last april, whilst the brick wall has seemed ok up till now, the patio is not. We noticed in june that some of the slabs were loose, we contacted john about it & he came round to have a look & said he would be back in the next 2 weeks to relay them. Four weeks went by & no sign of him, so i tried to call him but he never picked up & left countless messages & Emails. He has never got back to us. More of the slabs have become loose now & slabs on the steps gave way !!
