Basfords LTD

We have just had some Critle internal doors by Origin Fitted by Basfords. We have used Basfords before on a different project. We would definitely use again as we have had nothing but great service. Good advice all new doors create an office space inside our house and looked really stunning. I will send some pictures so you can use on social media. Thanks to all Andy

Lack of communication and failed manufacture times forces this review. Waited 3 months now for two windows and left with property not fully secure . Excuses and passing the buck a constant theme. Left a message asking for a response yesterday or a full refund and not heard a thing. Hopefully this will provoke a positive response and solution.

Just had my bifolding doors installed by Basfords and we are really happy with the outcome and service. Would definitely recommend.

We cant thanks Basfords enough for the level of care and service we have received. From the get go they have always looked after us and kept us informed with every step of the process. Basfords are a caring family company and they genuinely care for their customers going above and beyond. As we had a bespoke door we had to wait on manufacturers not Basfords. Craig arranged for the guys to come out and ensure we had a temporary door while we waited Themis was beyond our expectations and meant so much to us. Everyone has been so nice and caring. We are amazed with our beautiful doors and windows and cant wait to order more windows. We recommend Basfords to everyone we know as they are such an amazing company.
