Fast and effective service! Had an issue with my laptop not turning on. Refered me to the cheapest option which was through the suppliers out of warranty service and reapply for warranty. We then proceeded to transfer the ssd from one laptop to a donor so I can work in the meantime. Thank you for the help!

Let me start by giving my compliments to B2k's amazing service. So my laptop (level 51 gaming laptop) blacked out as I was playing Assassin's Creed so I brought it to B2k and handed it in for inspection and repair. The store manager was very knowledgeable and lovely to talk to. The rarity of my laptop in this region meant that it was difficult to source certain parts especially with the global chip shortage as well. Despite that, every time I called him, he will always pick up the phone and provide a detailed update about my laptop's situation. One of the technicians even spent half a day drawing up a circuit diagram of my laptop in order to find the issue. Fast forward to today, my laptop is fixed and I am very grateful to everyone in B2k who spent their time in finding the issue and fixing my laptop. I would highly recommend going to B2k for any technical issues.
