I had a great experience at Bettabytz recently. As I know next to nothing about computers, I was a bit apprehensive to visit the shop for the first time. Luckily, the gentleman there was really kind, and had fantastic customer service. He was quick to diagnose the problems and was really patient in explaining my options. The PC was fixed in less than 24 hours and ready to collect the very next day. I wish I'd visited earlier! Thank you so much!

Really friendly and supportive staff, nothing was too much trouble and Kev was very honest and open regarding the work that needed to be done to fix my PC. Would recommend and will be using again if i ever need PC support.

Customer service has been top notch. Brought laptop in for repairs but has taken longer than expected due to parts not being available. I haven't had to chase as I've been kept up to date. Also was a nice touch to offer a temporary replacement laptop to minimise disruptions.
