I left my MacBook Pro here and I was really disappointed. Please do not waste your time or place your trust into this company. I had to take my laptop to a certified Apple repairs shop and these people were a complete waste of time. Not all things can be repaired, this is very understandable. When I received my laptop back, screws were missing and they didnt even put the laptop back together properly. The track pad was slanted and they may have even caused further damage. I struggled to get any information or contact regarding my laptop and they were very vague, it was so suspicious. This is honestly my first google review, however I felt it necessary to be completely honest. I was very blindsided by such good reviews on here and I wouldnt want someone else to be in my position. Especially if youre situation is time or monetarily sensitive. Im very happy that they have responded to my comment and I hope their language towards me as a customer is very telling of their customer service and how people are treated. Furthermore I hope their breach of publicly announcing their customer issues speaks volumes.
