I purchased a custom top spec Mac mini using student discount. Two weeks later I rang up KRCS to check on my order but the order hadn't been checked or processed. I needed to provide student identification which hadn't been asked for at the till. So KRCS had 2k of my money and not followed up the order. I then went on holiday and requested for the shipment to be directed to them as I wouldn't be in for the following two weeks. The parcel was received and signed for by my window cleaner!!! Luckily he is an honest man but that could easily have been stolen. Really disappointed with the customer service and there has been no aftercare following these events.

I went into the Nottingham store for advice on buying a new imac. The staff were very informed and helpful and gave good advice. I subsequently bought the imac online from KRCS and it arrived the next day. KRCS give both a two year guarantee and educational discount, which is ever better than the Apple Store. Very happy with purchase.

I ordered a custom MacBook from KRCS because it was a little cheaper than from Apple, but any and all communication after they took payment has been from me having to call and chase for updates - meaning more time wasted and extra frustration. The first I knew that the laptop had even been dispatched was this morning when they sent the invoice through, but I didnt receive a tracking number for the delivery so am flying completely blind as to when itll turn up. If I were you, Id just stick with buying from Apple direct - it may be slightly more expensive but its MUCH more convenient.
