      • Charlie responded very quickly and repaired the laptop. He popped in the same day after the call and fixed all my laptop issues very quickly. I had a problem with battery and windows and Charlie solved it very efficiently. Thank you, Charlie. Highly reccommend Backyard Electronix Services!

        Charlie is like a magician - without fail he has been able to sort our phones out every time they have blacked out. We are always desperate and he is responsive and available. He is on my speed dial and I genuinely dont know what wed do without him. Far better than trying to sort through apple or a tech shop - he just knows everything! Thank you Charlie (Natalie)

        Charlie was brilliant when our Ukrainian guest had trouble with her laptop. We phoned him in the morning, he picked up the laptop later that day and returned it the next day with the problem solved. Our guest is so happy. We cant recommend Charlie enough amazing service, and lovely person. Thank you Charlie
