Thank you for your professional help. My old Macbook Pro's battery was swollen, trackpad didn't work properly. After a few days, I got a clean and perfect device back with an extra: My screen also was restored :-) It looks and works like a new one.

Turquoise IT were a massive support. Jason takes a personal interest and invests time in getting to know and learn his customers' requirements and just cracks on with the job producing results you needed and even exceeds your expectations. His IT knowledge is second to none and I would have no issues or hesitations in recommending Turquoise to anyone with IT issues and I look forward to working with him again in the not to distant future.

A recommendation from a previous customer of Turquoise IT led me to contact them for help after my 8 year old Mac computer became troublesome after installing the Catalina Operating system. I rapidly received assistance from Jason who replaced the HD Drive with a new SSD one together with installing 16 Gig of memory to replace the previous 8 Gig. He reconfigured and advised me how to handle my large collection of photographs, retrieved my Family Tree which was not operable on Catalina. All my work is now saved to an external 4 TB drive with daily back ups configured by Jason. Without Jasons Knowledge I would have lost years of work and am more than able to recommend for your IT needs. You cant go wrong with after sales service 110% Jason also has the ability of not only imparting his knowledge but makes it fun and intuitive. For the first time I now have confidence with they system. I would say that it is possibly more to my needs than had I purchased a new Mac. A big thank you for all that you have achieved.

Fabulous and super quick service from Jason at Turqoise IT. My iMac had been running very slow and after lots of swearing by me and blaming the Internet connection, I asked Jason about it on email. He called the same day and asked me some pertinent questions to help him establish even before he saw the Mac just what was wrong. Within 48hrs of dropping my iMac off I now have it back on my home office desk, it feels like brand new and is so fast! Trust Jason to talk no nonsense, tap into his years of experience and get your IT issues sorted. Its like having your very own tech expert at the end of the line. Thank you so much for helping me with my iMac issues, you're now on speed dial!
