        Mark at Fixed At Home has provided me and my family with a consistent high quality friendly service on a fairly wide range of computer soft ware support. I have had the need to use Mark on 3 occasions in the last year for separate issues and challenges on lap tops and home PCs and on each occasion he has done a great job for us. Most recently he resolved an issue on a relatively new laptop. His service and resolution far exceeded what was offered by the large retailer we bought the lap top from in terms of cost, time taken to resolve the matter and end solution. I am thoroughly impressed by the service and would not hesitate to recommend Mark to friends and family.
