        AVOID! Disgusting customer service! Their lanyard quality is embarrassing to be worn! We ordered large a quantity and we used the colour tool on their website to make our order, their tool is evidently unreliable and we ended up having a different colour. They continued to ignore our emails and refused to provide a viable solution and we had to revert to the Ombudsman Services who will be investigating their misconduct. Dodgy!!!!

        I needed some lanyards quickly for an event and had left it too late to use my normal service. The online designer tool was super easy to use, the lanyards arrived earlier than expected (always a bonus) and I was very impressed not just with the cost but also the quality. I will definitely use these guys again.
