Hayman Creative

Generally, I have had a very good experience with Hayman creative. They had a very helpful customer service representative called Judy who was just a diamond. She discussed with me how all the printing works, and carefully explained the pricing as well as general errors first time buyers make so I wouldn't make them. The actual website is hard to traverse, hence why Judy was a godsend, but I'm not sure it should be that complicated. I got a box, boardgame and cards. The boardgame and cards were superb, the box was really a bit of a let down for the 30 I spent on it. I'm not sure really how much you get for your money with a cardboard box but it looked cheap as it was just the image I wanted stuck on as a sticker on a box that felt like the same design as a delivery box. I do wnt to reiterate that the end product was more or less perfect and I did have exemplary customer service thanks to Judy, it was just a shame the box wasn't as nice as the board and cards that they made for me. I would still recommend them and use them again, but you'll likely need to speak to customer services to get the best deal and to understand the process better.

Wasn't aware of this company until referral through a 3rd party. I was looking to have some large photographs printed then mounted and framed for my office wall at home. Have to say they were first class throughout. Initially they were some minor issues that I needed resolving but they responded to every phone call I made promptly and efficiently. I was absolutely delighted with the first job they did and immediately ordered two more which were equally as good. I would certainly have no hesitation in using them again.

My experience with Hayman Creative has been nothing but positive. We had a family photo that we wanted making larger for our parents wedding anniversary. They did this and framed it, it looked stunning and they were so happy with this, and all within lockdown. I would definitely use Hayman Creative again for any framing or photo needs. The service provided by Hayman Creative is great - professional, friendly and efficient. I trust the product to be great quality and I am always super happy with the results. I have had several different pieces framed for my home, and we also use them for our A2 posters at my work place. Highly recommend.
