Early morning and in need of a coffee I went to Costa. However I wasn't able to have coffee as the machine was being serviced. However Jack(server) explained that he could only do tea. I decided on a peppermint tea which went down very well. At least 6 people walked out when there wasn't any coffee available so when I left there only remained 3 other people in the store. Such a shame to lose so much trade immediately after a Bank Holiday.
