Wow, the service was diabolical. Looking at the responses on google clearly you have no customer service skills whatsoever. Please confirm my post by posting a reply with no apologies or acceptance of your service. This establishment is clearly run by people with a limited business mind. I would hope your learn from your mistakes but based on they responses I'm seeing it's just a wish upon a star. Maybe I'll come back once you have changed your name and staff but I'm expecting you'll last one more summer at best.

Well, what can I say about this restaurant if you want to call it that. First off, we ordered drinks upon arrival everything was going smoothly, we were then asked to order our food, to which we ordered, the guy who was taking orders had messy hair but did not catch his name, he took our order for our food, we ordered 2 platters to share between 5 people, at 25 pounds each, I left the restaurant starving as there simply wasnt enough food. Our food took over an hour to arrive, this is because the person who took our order didnt actually put it through the till, we spoke to a waitress who said our food would be 2 minutes and was on order, we waited a further 10 minutes and was then informed by the original waiter there was nothing on order so we had to order it again because he thought we didnt order anything (bizzare) and got told we never ordered it with him, basically calling all five of us liars. Now this is where it gets interesting, after the poor food and poor service we then wanted to provide a staff member some feedback on our experience (we believed he was either the owners son or some form of management) he then went into complete denial and had an arguement with my friend in the middle of the restaurant, he then walked off and slammed the window at the back of the restaurant and shouted dont start on me Ill knock him out, the owner then came out and said the best he could do was offer us another round of drinks for free, to which we declined because we couldnt wait to leave. I will never return, Ive never had an experience like it and left the restaurant in shock. Apr 29th, 2023
