        was on a 15 hour journey and the toilet broke and there was brown water being flushed and poo bits being flushed!!!!! this is a NEW coach and this is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!

        Collected a group on cyclists up from London and took us back to Ilkeston after a Charity ride the coach and driver were brilliant thanks so much.
