        Came into karcher nottingham today with a broken k4. Tracy on the front desk was so helpful and so friendly i walked away with a new k4 part trade. Defo will visit again even just to see tracy

        Paid in store and told an invoice will be emailed to me. A week later I rang up and they said they will email again, still nothing 2 weeks later. It shouldnt be my job to chase up an invoice. I hope the lack of documentation will not effect my warranty.
