First of all, I will like to ask to Google to put the option of 0 star, because they do not even deserve one. Customer service was AWFUL. The entrance is broken so I had to call reception so that they could open the door. The disrespectful police officer that answered the called did not want to move his legs and open the door, even tho I called him more 10 times. After waiting for an hour (from 5 to 6, which is their closing time) I tried to put a complaint but when I asked the USELESS police officer I was talking to for his badge number he hanged up the phone.

Can someone explain to me why there's an option, when you dial 101 to report noise abuse, to then be told it's a council issue?? What's the point?
