Don't often post reviews but have been here a few times now with back and neck issues, and every time have felt a big improvement, to the stage that in about a month, the pain that bothered me for the better part of a year has almost completely gone. Mike is very friendly and professional, and also doesn't push you to have follow up appointments or anything unless you want to. Highly recommended.

I put my shoulder pain down to old age/an old injury or maybe arthritis but decided to try a chiropractor just incase they could ease my pain a little Oh my goodness Mike changed my life!! Four sessions later after sticking to his advised exercise l am 100% pain free!! I felt totally at ease and would, and have highly recommended him to anyone who has an ache or pain. I won't leave it so long if l have a pain again. Thank you!!

After 10 years of NHS and private physiotherapy, I was still having trouble with my knees, yet Mike managed to work out what was wrong and solve the problem within a couple of sessions! Can't wait to be able to go back and get a few kinks ironed out.

I woke up Monday night with quite a painful back which gradually became worse. Saw Mike Tuesday afternoon. Tuesday night was absolute agony (always worse before it gets better) was taking all sorts of painkillers. Stayed in bed till 10am sleeping off the drugs and now, 11am and I can hardly feel a twinge... huge relief ... thank you Mike

4weeks before I was suffering for bad back. Pain killer and physio not working. Meet him . Had 3 appointment feel much more better. Cant tell 100% but dont need pain killer . Really appreciate Mike Adams . Highly recommend
