Tung Fong

The people working here are absolutely vile and the old fat woman is a b1tch !!! Do not order from here as they are not trustworthy. Customer service is awful and very very rude - especially the woman. Had her telling me that "I should shut up because I was speaking over her". The chicken was raw and under cooked and you could smell it outside the packaging, made me feel incredibly nauseous and sick. I spent quite a lot of money on Tung Fong and I was very much disappointed. Delivery was also disgusting as I asked for my change and they told me that "I don't need change as ive paid it to the dot" when my order was 66.50 and i paid 70 expecting change !! I tried arguing saying that I need my change and it wasnt a tip. To say this was my first time ordering I do not recommend at all!! My order had spilled items such as my curry sauce. Worst experience that ive ever had with a chinese takeaway. Shame on you Tung Fong! Vile.

For many many years my parents and myself have ordered from Tung Fong, whether its in person or via calling for a delivery. Yesterday my parents ordered with ease and to find the delivery have a good chunk of the order missing. My mothers part of the order wasnt received, with her being diabetic, the other part of the order, she couldnt have because of the ingredients used in the dishes, they rang back to Tung Fong, asking where the rest of the order was, the response of "you didn't order anything else and we dont have your order anymore" made it more concerning as well as frustrating. From now on we shall not be using Tung Fong ever again, use other trusted Chinese Takeaways. As expected 1 star for a once loved takeaway.
