Pepe's Piri Piri (Beechdale Retail Park)

Great place to eat, and my regular go to. I've a regular at the branch and the food has always been bang on. I've visited other branch such as Derby, Leeds etc and they were dreadful. But this Branch has been great. And if there is an error message, they will fix it, unlike other take away will fob you off.

I came into the store around 3pm and I ordered the usual which was chicken n rice which never disappoints me but today a young lady named jas served me and helped me with my order and explained all the flavour options and made sure I understood the menu better. Honestly gave the best customer service I could have asked for, she helped with a lovely smile and a positive attitude overall my experience was brilliant and all the staff were really helpful and positive towards the customers.

I went into Pepes toady at (April 18th) at 2;30pm with my family, and I was exceptionally delighted with the customer service that I was provide by from a staff member called (Jas). She had answered all the queries that I had in mind of what food to go for, as she had good expertise of the menu. This was a dealbreaker as my kids are picky eaters, she was able to help me out quickly. On top of that I was happy with selection she had picked out & I cant wait to visit the place again to order the exact meal. I also noticed that when she was serving the food she made sure she washed her hands before doing so, which Im very pleased about as it shows she makes sure she keeps up to the high hygienic standards of the place. However I was quite disappointed with management as it was quite harsh to the employees that were working there, so I'm giving this 4 stars otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

I visited the Pepe's branch in Beechdale, Nottingham on Wednesday 12th April at approximately 19:40. The food was delicious as always, however, the reason why I am giving four stars instead of five is because, in my opinion, the lady who served me could have delivered better customer service. I had asked for a receipt and without speaking, she had printed it off for me and casually walked away - this is not something that a customer should have to ask for at the outset. Once I had received my order, I thanked her and again, she walked away from me without responding. It could have been her natural temperament or perhaps she was having a rough day but that poses the question: is working front-of-house in a restaurant really the best career option for her?

The staff put lipstick on the food box its disgusting! That same lady was disgusting towards costumers
