        You never get a deposit back. After 10 years with them, they never did any repair in house, same carpets walls never repainted i left house clean for the age ,and they said house need cleaning so they keep deposit. My advice when you leaving they property don't bother to spend time cleaning or taking away yours rubbish you never get a deposit back!
