I spoke to Robert at first who was super friendly and quickly arranged a survey for me. Sarah took it over after and they managed to book in for some cancellation and I basically had my survey report done in a weeks time! it was super fast and professionally conducted. Rob and the team at Proenergis were absolutely fantastic. Communication was exactly what I was hoping for from a company I put my trust and investment in. The way my initial enquiry was handled through to completion of the survey, the report I received and the patience shown to talk me through any question I had was brilliant. Even the estate agent said how good they are when I mentioned it. If youre looking for a survey/building survey from a trustworthy business, I recommend Rob and Proenergis without question.

Highly recommend this company, survey was carried out as expected and when I rang to query about something I noticed 6 months after moving in they didnt hesitate to review the files and provide guidance.

Thank you Proenergis for such a quick turn around. They were helpful in identifying which survey would be best for me, and quickly got a date set to go out and get the survey done. The report was delivered the next working day (after a Friday survey I received it first thing Monday) and I'm really happy with the service provided.
