Very happy with the service. Tom phoned after the survey (L2) to give overall impressions, which were reassuring. The full printed version, which was very thorough, arrived by post within 3 working days. Impressive!

if you're thinking of having a survey and valuation done on a property you're buying we can't recommend Harwood surveyors enough. We wanted a gold standard survey and that exactly what we got; we were able to communicate directly with our surveyor through emails and phone calls. Thanks to Andrews diligence and thorough inspection of a somewhat complicated property we were able to negotiate a very significant reduced price. Worth every penny. Not just the saving of thousands we now have a very detailed understanding of what work is required , thank you just doesn't cover it, Harwood Surveyors have a depth of knowledge about the current property market and clearly are far more qualified to value a property. Excellent value for money, great communication and a very thorough detailed report. Thank you for an impeccable service !!!!!!
