    DO NOT USE THIS CATERER I am sorry not to be able to recommend this company at all. They cancelled my catering on the morning of my event (May 2019). They did this via email and have not bothered to return a single one of my calls. At the time of writing they also have not refunded me either. Their food may be good (I have no way of knowing), but they are wholly unreliable with non-existent customer service.

    Please whatever you do, save yourself the trouble and heartache and DO NOT BOOK with this company! I'd give zero stars if pos! Long story short they cancelled my booking 2 WEEKS before my wedding and have still not given me a refund or returned my calls or emails and it has now been 7 weeks since they cancelled. I made my booking in May 2018 for my wedding in June 2019, I paid a deposit when I booked and asked when the remainder would be due but no one responded to my question. I referred to the T&C's on the website which stated final payments are due 21 days before but could be more depending on the booking. As no one had discussed this with me or replied to my question I assumed it would be the 21 days. I then get an invoice in November, 7 months before my wedding asking for the full final payment to be made! As you can imagine with a whole wedding to pay for, being just before Christmas, we didnt have a thousand pounds lying around to pay this off which is why I asked in the first place to ensure we could budget for the timescale. Also at this point- I hadnt even given out our invitations! So had no confirmation of numbers, dietary requirements etc yet they still demanded the final payment. I kicked up a fuss because I was not happy with the lack of communication around the payment situation and they agreed that we could split the payment. Pay half and then the final remainder closer to the time. In February I'm sent an invoice telling me that I need to pay the final amount. I told them I could pay the final amount on 27/03 my next pay day. I was told that if I want a carvery (which is what I had ordered) I needed to pay by the 15/03 or they wouldnt be able to guarantee one. There was no way for me to pay as I did not have the funds due to work, however if all of these conditions and payment dates had been made transparent at the time of my booking it would have allowed me to prioritise our budget to pay it off. Once all final payments were made I was told I would receive a call to discuss the final numbers and details in the following weeks. No call was ever received. By May I was extremely concerned that I had not heard anything so was trying desperately to contact the company. I sent various emails, the number I had was going straight to voicemail and then when I called their office I was always told the message would be passed on and someone would get back to me'. It was 3 weeks before I heard anything, I received an email on 31/05 (2 weeks before my wedding on 15/06!) telling me that they were cancelling my booking. Their reasoning was that the person who made my booking had left and taken all the bookings and deleted her emails so they did not know who had booked in. They offered me a full refund and told me PayPal would be the quickest way to receive this. I tried to raise a dispute with PayPal to get a refund however PayPal only offers this with payments made within 180 days. As some of my payments were made a year to 7 months before I could not dispute them. Instead I disputed the ones I could and made payment requests for the others. I was told that these were pending and they should clear within 7 days. After 7 days I got an email from PayPal to say that the refunds had been unsuccessful and to contact the sender. I contacted them asking to just give me a refund straight into my bank and sent across my payment details and payment amounts. I have had no correspondence since the 7th of June with this company despite my efforts. I have sent several emails as well as made phone calls asking to speak to a manager to which I get told every time theres no manager available can I pass on a message and they will get back to you. Well, its been over 2 weeks since I last called and was told that my message would be marked as urgent. Not to mention their number charges you every time you call! I am at my wits end trying to chase this up and I am seeking legal advise to get my money back. All I can say is please DO NOT book with this company because all it will do is cause you stress, anxiety and heartache.
