The lady in there is very rude and nasty not helpful at all its a shame as its nicely laid out and full of stock at good prices but not welcoming for new customers at all

Not a good experience unfortunately. It used to be a well run business with plenty of stock, looking at the lack of items on the shelfs I enquired if they were closing down to the woman on the till only to be shouted at and told off for asking the question ,not the best way to speak to a customer in my opinion . My business will be going elsewhere from now.

Don't go there when it is raining as the roof leaks badly with buckets placed to trip over to catch the leaks. Lakes used be a well run company but sadly it has changed hands a few times and gone downhill since. I found the staff unhelpful especially the bossy woman on the till and the stock is depleated to a very low level.
