really couldnt be more disappointed with this company.
I payed 50 so a mini car valet and, by the time they left, the car looked no different than what it did at the start.
There is still dust and dirt on the plastic, the windows werent left 'streak free' as they claim on their website, and there was even puddle of water and dirt residue left in my centre console! Gross.
I could have done a better job, literally all I needed was all I'd need was a hoover, hose, and a cloth.
I messaged customer service straight away and, even after sending photos, they flat out told me they wouldnt come out and fix it or reimburse me (even though they had actually left my car interior damp and groggy for goodness sakes!).
Avoid, avoid, avoid! Service: Auto detailing
