Previously disappointed with other toyota dealers, very positive dealings with Ilkiston Ron Brooks. Always seem very keen to help, and to ensure service was upto standard following any work done.

Excellent service and warm friendly staff. I have just purchased another second hand car from them. If you do have any problems at all they will do their utmost to help you out.

Before going to Ron Brooks, we had been to a different motability dealer, they had not asked any questions about needs, were vague when we asked questions and were not interested in helping us unless we signed up there and then for what was a totally unsuitable vehicle. We left that dealer feeling a lot let down and digusted by that dealers attitude but when we got to Ron Brooks at Ilkeston and met James - well it was the polar opposite, we were made welcome, all questions were answered clearly, James asked lots of questions that were designed to ensure we got the right car and that it was totally suitable for our needs, the process was described properly, nothing was too much trouble, we were kept up to date on everything. When the new car arrived, James went through all the controls and took us for a test drive to ensure we understood all the features and were confident driving it. James happily did that twice for us to help us with confidence and we feel he definitely earned his box of chocolates. I am so impressed with James and Ron Brooks that I will happily recommend them to anyone looking for a car but especially for anyone needing a mobility car. This wasn't 5 star customer service, it was 10 star customer service delivered in the best possible way.

Bought a used Toyota Carolla at the beginning of March and I have to say it was the best car purchase I have ever experienced. James Best was so helpful and his after sales service was just the best.

Not bothered aboout getting a sale here, been waiting all day for Lewis to get back to me as i wanted to come and view the 26k vehicle, even left a message in afternoon and still didnt get a call back. Ill take my business elsewhere
